IGB uses a fun and effective reward system called IGB Bucks to teach financial literacy and responsibility.

🛍️ Spent at the IGB Store, which opens at certain dates throughout the engagement
This system teaches financial decision-making in a fun, student-driven environment.

Before submitting a request, there are two requirements to be eligible to receive Enrichment services:
- Must have at least 5 participants.
- Must meet at least once a week.
