Program Offerings
- Mentorship – One-on-one and group mentoring that builds positive relationships, accountability, and real-world life skills
- Guidance & Support – Structured sessions focused on emotional regulation, decision-making, and conflict resolution strategies
- Gun Violence Prevention Programming – School-based programming that teaches de-escalation, peer conflict management, and responsible choices
- Engaging Activities – Cultural events, outdoor experiences, and hands-on learning that reinforce teamwork and personal growth
- Field Trips & Exposure – Visits to educational and career-focused sites that expand student awareness and opportunity
- Community Connections – Partnerships with local organizations and professionals to support mentorship, family engagement, and long-term success
IGB SAFEGUARD
- Targets at-risk youth through school-based mentoring sessions
- Teaches conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and de-escalation strategies
- Delivered during the school day to reduce barriers to participation
- Engages families and community partners to reinforce positive behaviors
- Focused on reducing school conflicts and improving student outcomes
